Sponsored by Wates, Galliford Try and Redrow, the event aims to explore how we can attract and retain more women into construction and the related industries.
The event at the Bridgewater Hall in Manchester on 25 September, which is during Manchester Construction Careers Week – an initiative organised by Built Environment Skills in Schools. As well as opportunities for businesses and employers to get involved with the event by speaking, exhibiting, sponsoring and/or attending, schools and colleges are invited to register and bring students for free.
Barbara Res – the first woman to oversee the construction of a major skyscraper, Trump Tower – will deliver the keynote talk at Inspire Summit.
